Apple orchard may not be a gourmet cook, but she definitely knows how to turn a simple Granny Smith apple into an epicurean treat. Soooo good!

Ingredients:
1 Granny Smith apple
1/4 cup granola
1 teaspoon apple pie spice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Core the apple, and slice into four thick rings and arrange on a small cookie sheet. Sprinkle apple pie spice on the top of each apple slice, and then sprinkle the granola evenly over the slices. Bake for 15 minutes, and then broil for 3-5 minutes, being careful not to burn the granola. They're ready to enjoy straight from the oven to plate!
